Pros

Most of the people there are nice and try to do the right thing for the company.

Cons

Competence is rewarded by being stuck in the same job year after year. Senior leadership is a boys club - the only women who can advance are the ones yes women.

Great employee store, great training, friendly team leaders

Cons

was told assignment was until Feb. I was laid off right before christmas. I was also told I would be working 40+ hours a week at my interview, at my training I was told I would be full time at the end of October during training, I was never put at full time.
