      Good people more than bad people. Care about employee. Willing to change. Good benefit. Encourage life-work balance. Casual working environment

      Political environment, conservative, listen to idea only in jeopardy, indecisive. Talents need to work around unfriendly, my way or high way personality of high management.

      don't work seasonal, they will just screw you out of hours

      Pros

      good products to sell pleasant customers to serve peers are very helpful supervisors never bother you because they are never around

      Cons

      Very dishonest about hours for seasonal staff only given one shift in november and two in october management does not care that seasonal staff do not get any hours HR department and department managers have no idea of what each others needs are
