Pros

Good people, good customers, great discount especially on pro-deals, casual work atmosphere but always looking to make customers happy, all in all good place to work.

Cons

Bad pay, cut payroll way too much

Pros

Great customer service, they even have a gym at most call center. Hours are flexible, and great environment if you don't mind sitting in the chair all day talking to customers. As a part timer, your only benefit are employee store where everything is dirt cheap.

Cons

While with the customer, you are constantly been monitor. Very long sitting hours and repetitive job. No definitely set schedule, some week you only get few hours and sometime they schedule you for 40. Really for those retired or someone who got flexible schedule.
