Old boy network If you are a woman, be cute and flirt with the VPs Health care costs were ridiculous Less family oriented over the years

nice people, fair pay, very nice working enviroment, you get a really nice discount on everything you purchase. good break room

Cons

crazy hours, mean customers on the phone, complicated returns system. product is very basic but good for the camping croud.

The Management team kept every shift fun. Helping customers who were always thankful was very rewarding. The job never got stale or boring--there was always something new to learn and do. Employee Benefits and discounts are great.

Cons

Harder to get steady hours if you are just Seasonal. Long hours standing.
