      Pros

      L.L.Bean has the best customers, a positive work environment, friendly co-workers, helpful supervisors, many learning opportunities, flexible hours, and great benefits.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons to working for L.L.Bean. One possible con is that weekend hours are required. Generally, in customer satisfaction, the first step in the door with L.L.Bean is to be hired as a seasonal employee.

      Really nice place to work, learn a lot and if you're proactive they'll motivate you and award you for good performance.

      Pros

      L.L.Bean really cares about employees! They always care if you are happy, the work loads are well distributed, they believe in having a balance between your personal life and work. They try to give you the tools you need, believe in año ergonomic work place and have a nice performance and recognition program.

      Cons

      You really don't have a lot of places to grow and systems are awful! All homemade but at least they are aware and trying to change...which is really slow.
