Pros

Great environment, neat projects and not as fast paced as other tech industry jobs. Been here 1 year and really believe the company has the tools in place that I can develop myself into a valuable engineer. Stating my masters now and working through mentorship programs with senior employees.

Cons

The two pay raises I have received through the CGRAD program were a little underwhelming. First was less than 2.5% and second was less than 2% (not revealing exact numbers for privacy sake), despite improving performance from Met Expectations to Significantly Exceeded Expectations. Still, close to a 4% raise but would like to see the company deliver on the promise that it will raise new grad pay twice a year instead of just splitting a regular pay increase to twice a year.
