      Great people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from leadership drains the site and adds a tremendous amount of confusion Revolving door as leadership continues to put more and more pressure on the team without proper processes and procedures in place Everyone is following their own agenda and no one is on the same page Leadership does not want to be there anymore and informs others of that during meetings Always reactive vs. proactive Ideas presented to leadership but never taken seriously No level of morale exists
