Pros

Talented and dedicated people; No micro-management; Privately owned; Profitable; Fantastic benefits; Great work-life balance; Definitely a "family" type of organization.

Cons

Some long-tenured staff can be resistant to change; Could offer a better match to retirement account (401k) although the vesting period is only 2 years.

The company in North America has a great culture, is full of smart people, and is well run - good leadership.

Cons

Development tools are a tough sell in today's world. So is selling software dependent upon a range of hardware - system I / AS400.

Pros

Great work, benefits and good working environment. Most people were nice meaning some people were supportive while there others that were too competitive.

Cons

Too competitive, people weren't really willing to help others. Wasn't a team environment. Got blamed even though it was not your fault to make the company look good to the client.
