Pros

Just about none any more. The new owners have trashed the joint.

Cons

Just about everything. A software product that once supported a community has been reduced to little more than a bunch of numbers by a formulaic playbook and a blatant disregard for the people who work there.

Pros

-Has a few big company accounts for now -Has decent business partners for now -Upper management are extremely well compensated

Cons

-Proprietary programming language not used elsewhere (already a small market) -Shrinking market share (many big names have moved on to different technology, even business partners are migrating) -High turn over -No corporate culture -Below industry wage for consultants -High variation in salary within same level -High workload, no work life balance
