Pros

LANSA's management is supportive and willing to listen to any proposals & ideas. Freedom to pursue our interests (to a certain extent). Previous owner (before acquisition) was the best out there - enthusiastic, passionate, and genuinely cares about his employees. Great environment and culture, very little politics, and no micro-management. Lots of talented people, some true visionaries.

Cons

No cons I can think of. However, LANSA was recently acquired by a bigger company, and I feel it's lacking direction after the acquisition.

Good Salary and Good Benefits

Cons

Not a team working environment, other developers are too competitive to help you learn. They layoff Senior Consultant who have been there for more for years and hire junior for more than half the price. Wondering when I will be next. Service Management is not supportive. Very uncomfortable place to work but must pay the bills.

-Some very dedicated and loyal employees -Management tries many new opportunities and new avenues -Constantly keeping up to date with latest trends and technologies -Opportunity to meet and talk to clients face to face on a regular basis

Cons

-Outdated technology -More and more projects being outsourced to cheaper labor in the Philippines -Long term outlook is unclear
