Pros

Ownership cares about the employees but they don't know how senior leaders are treating them.

Cons

As time has progressed, the senior leadership has continued to grow more frantic and paranoid. They will constantly make demands for more without providing the necessary resources to succeed. Any time you miss a target, instead of using it as an opportunity to learn, they jump all over you.

They don't care about your degree. Only experience. If you have anything above a bachelor don't bother. Therefore, don't expect to get paid much.
