They've created a great team for each of the their dealerships, everyone is very kind and open to conversation. Experience and time with the company is recognized and when the opportunity arises for forward development they are more than willing to consider.

Cons

A team environment where when necessary different hats are worn by individuals, but this can benefit your skillset as well.
