      Some nice people to work with , flexibility no micromanage

      Cons

      If ur Latino they over work you to the max , you will have a heavier work load than others and less pay No structure at all , no respect for admin staff not even managers Everyone just does what they want

      Pros

      I've been working at LAcarGUY for over five years and I can say that it's a great place to work. The management team is supportive and is available to listen to any concerns or ideas that I have. They genuinely care. I really appreciate their increased focus on training. The company has been providing a variety of new training opportunities to learn and grow within the company and managers seem to be always encouraging us to participate. Also, the growth for the group over the years has been incredible. The company has opened several new locations since I started, and I've seen a lot of people promoted because of the training offered and growth of the company.

      Cons

      Experienced some disruptions and inconveniences with the construction, so I'm staying focused on the big picture since I know it is needed and will help in the future.

      Pros

      Subaru Pacific (LA CAR GUY) makes you feel like you are part of the family. It has a friendly environment, and the company has a great reputation in the community. They are involved in helping kids in the community with books and supplies. They also provide toys for the share the love toy drive. They host events for dog adoptions and customer appreciation. They really give back to the community, and it's great to be a part of something big.

      Cons

      Not much to complain about, you can work as much as you'd like and as little as youd like. Car sales is like owning your business, with no overhead. Just show up and put in the work!
