At least I still received a regular paycheck that paid my bills.

Cons

Employee here weren't treated well. We don't get appreciated and our hard work. wasn't recognized. They only notice employees when some things went wrong or if they were mistakes made. They don't care about increasing employee motivation or morale. They just think that employees should be happy when they're getting paid.
