You are a number, not a person. You are not going to be valued. Management is sarcastic and condescending. The lack of maturity, professionalism, and leadership skills demonstrated by management are impossible to comprehend until you experience it.

Has a good clientele, pay is decent.

The company systems are disorganized causing delays and misunderstanding. Plus the nepotism that's going on within the management causes a more chaotic system. Don't expect for a career growth or any kind of promotion for there won't be any.
