I work with an amazing team, and work hard to promote our products through the proper channels. Excellent benefits and a good work/life balance schedule.

Cons

Pay could be slightly better due to so cal being ridiculously pricey. Team communication can be improved slightly.

Stable company. The dealership that I work for has several opportunities. You just have to go after it or it will be passed on to someone else who asks for it
