Cons

No work/life balance. They cut the salesperson’s pay making commissions unachievable. They make us work hours that there’s no business… Also no career growth. Everyone being promoted is because of politics. Management plays favorites and they can make them look successful by handing out deals.

Benefits are decent and the $250 Amex gift card are about the only pros of this group.

The downside of this group is that it is being poorly run. The pay plan grid is one of the lowest I’ve seen and doesn’t make sense at such a low volume store. There is a constant revolving door for Sales Managers and F&I Managers. This store alone went through 4 GMs in 3 months. It
