Good job for those just starting out in customer service, Company does promote from within, and the people that you work with are pretty cool. Monthly Bonuses and great benefits.

Cons

Would love not to work Saturdays but it is a dealership so can't really complain

Great working environment with the ability to grow. LAcarguy hires great management who in return, take care of their employees. Fixed operations has also been a huge help. I would recommend working for this company.
