Pros
You are able to help many patients within the clinics and hospitals. Regardless of your job title you always feel needed at this company (long as you are not in the billing department). It is very family oriented unlike a lot of other medical companies.
Cons
If you ever desire to work within the billing department this may be a decision you want to rethink. There are directors, managers, and supervisors who wouldn't think twice about firing you for whatever bias reason they have. The billing area is chaotic and unorganized unlike the clinics/hospitals. Training is all over the place due to the actual trainee not being equipped to train period. It's a possibility you may also not receive an actual training book to perform your job duties. They are not prepared to take on new employees in this department but are constantly hiring. The turnover rate for their billing and coding department is horrible.
