This company offers terrific growth and engagement opportunities for employees. I appreciate the approachability and inclusiveness of senior management--I've always felt my opinion counts. LCS has very a strong "family" feel, which I appreciate. We are respected as individuals.

It is a beautiful community with loving residents. The resident appreciate that work that is done by the employees. Hourly team members get an annual bonus.

Cons

This place is hidden pass the open preserve. It can be easy to get lost when trying to get to the community.
