Pros

The people that work at LCS in the corporate office are amazing. I have had the pleasure to meet many of their upper level staff and couldn't be more impressed. They are knowlegable, supportive, down to earth and genuinely care about the elder population that they serve. To find a company that has core values and true ethics like LCS does is rare.

Cons

Honestly I thought LCS must be too good to be true, I've looked for the flaws. I haven't found them yet. Working long hours and juggling family and work is a given when you work in this type of job. Its worth it and so rewarding to care for seniors and when you work for a great company there really is nothing to complain about.

Great company which includes a rich fulfilling corporate culture and a uniquely supportive owner. A lot of long term staff that are very encouraging and inspiring.

Cons

I really can't think of any. I worked for the company before and left for several years and returned with the same culture, caring and compassionate leadership.
