Pros

Excellent nursing staff! Longterm community relationships. Great longevity due to previous owners and the ability to build a strong team.

Cons

Horrible staffing ratios, with focus on numbers and $$$. Expectations are not realistic. Big business focus. Lots of changes that are very concerning to all parties.

The people were amazing. It was a friendly environment to work in and everyone was open to questions and helpful.

Cons

No huge issues with this company during the entire time I worked there.

Pros

LCS has systems and processes that are great on paper. Policy and procedures available in all areas as needed as a good resource.

Cons

This company does not support executive directors or other managers in the community. Not truthful in advertisements recruitment. Does not pay bonus' or other benefits as the profess in interview. Lack of support and poor business decisions at regional level. Blames others and does not take responsibility. Worst company I have worked for in 25years.
