Pros

Company growth starting to level off, yet new business was always exciting! Great benefits,  even better co-workers, Symposium Retreats~even for corporate office staff, not just management and field staff. Most upper management very respectful. Loved the new ergonomic and updated offices. Nice downtown location with lots of buzz since the Register moved in. Highly recommended depending on dept/manager. If you have your Bachelors and/or Sr Living experience you'll go far. Concerned where company will go once Ed Kenny retires.  Will there be less value on staff (more revolving doors), unlike our treatment of seniors?

Cons

Growth is scary when already stretched. Too many vacation days for workload. The dept manager has too much to do and no real training in listening then conveying true issues to middle management; and middle management really only want yes-men who belittle employees to meet deadlines and ensure upper management bonuses. "Monkeys can do the job and tasks really only take 5 mins, right?"  Very complex coding/org chart. Think about employee history before assuming one will be thrilled to be training their newest teammate AGAIN due to turnover roughly every 1.5 yrs. Chronically ignore pleas for management assistance to grasp true daily tasks, thereby leaving employees feeling incapable of success, afraid to move-on to something different and in need of therapy.
