Pros

Great physical environment, great location, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Lots of truly talented, intelligent people. LDR has a spectacular product line. The benefits are excellent.

Cons

A lot of the processes are painfully manual; automation of functions is desperately needed. No one likes to come to work and feel constantly behind no matter how many hours they put in.

Company culture is very work hard, play hard and built with employees that really know how to work together. As employees, we are spoiled from the benefits package all the way to the snacks that are provided for employees. Employee population is backed up by management As global as we are, we still have the "small family" feel throughout the company. They also really stress work-life balance!

Nothing really comes to mind.
