Employee Centered Company Culture

Pros

Numerous employee centered activities along with a relaxed atmosphere. Speaking from personal experience, there is no micro-managing and flexible work schedule - as long as you get your work done.

Cons

There does seem to be a disconnect between certain departments where decisions are made that adversely affect other parts of the business.

Pros

From the CEO down management really cares about every single employee. I have worked at companies that say they are a fun place to work and everyone matters but in reality it turns out they really only care about developers or sales people. That is not the case here, everyone is valued and treated with respect. Mental and physical well-being is provided through exercise programs, healthy food, etc.

Cons

I can not think of a downside to working for this company. I am the happiest I have ever been in my career here.

Pros

Overall, this is a great company to work for. It is extremely fast pace is most departments. They are continuing to grow and hire new people everyday. Health benefits are great. The culture of this company is wonderful. We obviously have a great team of executives and employees to continue to drive our company.

Cons

I feel with any company growing so quickly there are going to be growing pains.
