Pros

Really great culture that values both hard work and it's employees (even though it's a public company, which is hard to find). They offer a lot of cool amenities: fully stocked break room, onsite gym, yoga/bootcamps, career development courses, etc. And the benefits are stellar.

Cons

Located pretty far up North, but most managers are cool with flex schedules to counteract traffic problems.

Pros

LDR Spine is one of the best companies I have worked for. Not only do they have innovative products but they have innovative and dynamic people that make going to work everyday a joy. This is a great place to work if you are a person that enjoys challenges associated with growing company and the rewards of getting things done. The culture is amazing. The patient comes first and its great to see how our products improve their quality of life. The employees are positive and work together across multiple departments to get tasks completed

Cons

Fast paced due to amazing growth so not the place for those not willing to give a few more hours. Process improvements lead to changes so must be able to adapt to changing environment.

Pros

LDR is a fast-paced, fast-growing company with innovative products and a dynamic group of employees. A great place to work for those who enjoy working hard, multi-tasking and constantly learning new things. The company culture is relaxed and casual and the employees are truly the best part of the job.

Cons

Not the place for those who like a typical 8 to 5 job and cannot keep up with a company that is growing fast. There are always lots of changes and you need to be able to adapt quickly. Non-performers seem to weed themselves out.
