- Amazing culture - Kind and quality employees - Everyone is hard working and self motivated - Great work-life balance I can't say enough about how well employees are treated! It makes you want to give it your all because of how good you are take care of.

Cons

Absolutely no cons! Maybe if you live south Austin, a longer drive because of traffic but totally worth it!

Pros

Pre-merger was a young company with lots of opportunity. Fun people to work with. Great products to work with. People really care about what they do. Fair compensation practices.

Cons

Management was flippant when it came to decision making. The sales organization seemed to be scared of the VP. They did things just because he said to. Lots of unhappy people in that team. They worked hard to create a culture, but it always seemed to be just anything to keep the workers happy enough and the top level feeling OK about asking for more.

I have worked within a handful of industries and numerous companies and LDR is by far the best company that I have been part of. The culture and the benefits are top notch and the work is rewarding as the products we design greatly improve the quality of life for those that need them.

Cons

With the acquisition of LDR by Zimmer Biomet, it has made the future unknown as many positions are believed to be moving to CO where ZB is headquartered.
