Leadership consistency and alignment can vary significantly depending on department and reporting structure. In my experience, there were noticeable shifts in tone and engagement following maternity leave, along with removal from key projects and narrowing of responsibilities without clear communication or performance-based reasoning. There appeared to be favoritism in certain areas, which made growth and long-term development feel unpredictable. Transparency in decision-making and equitable opportunity distribution could be improved. While the company promotes collaboration, structured feedback loops and accountability at higher leadership levels would strengthen culture and retention.
