Pros
-Cole is awesome and he has a great vision for Learfield. -Upper management in West region is great. -Great pay if you sell successfully -Opportunity to move within company
Cons
-I have heard your experience here is highly dependent on the property you are at. -Long hours on weekends, but if you love sports it’s worth it. -No 401k match -Sports industry has a lot of turnover and Learfield suffers from that as well.
