Flexible schedules, annual raises, decent benefits, potential for quarterly bonuses, overtime pay

Cons

Communication is sorely lacking, corporate and HR do their best to not pay people their worth (raises and bonuses), many promotions come without an associated raise, often not enough resources to complete projects in a timely manner, very high employee turnover rate

Pay sucks, the job is demanding, and I can't stand my boss. Trying to pitch some of these jobs is a battle and I feel my skills could be better used elsewhere.

Cons

If you know how to manipulate and be fake and suck up the right people , then you have a future. The level of favoritism is unbelievable.Managers don't care about your training but expect a lot from you later on . Don't apply there if you are not desperate.
