      culture, PTO, teamwork, global impact, some opportunity for growth

      Cons

      new employee pay is adjusted more conscientiously than senior employees, senior management does not have a lot of physical presence in the working environment and it is reflected in the decision-making and prioritization which at times does not align with needs

      Lack of leadership, lack of cohesive mission/vision, tiny percentage of women in leadership, zero care for employee welfare, no investment in employees, total focus is the top line, how much money can they make, regardless of who they harm in the process.

      Diverse workplace. Nice new facility. Paid holidays. Great PTO scheme for employees with 5+ years of tenure

      Cons

      Employees: We want better wages! Management: Pizza party on Friday! Top site management is completely oblivious to the needs of their employees. They only care about sales and the bottom line. They couldn't care less about retention of their employees. Huge turnaround of personnel. Salary is terrible; way under industry standards HR is completely incompetent.
