      Outrageous gossip. Middle management complains constantly about coworkers (and more than likely about you to whoever will listen), shameless bullying, not listening to a single piece of feedback. Arrogant middle management provides incorrect information to make themselves look good, but when it comes down to it, they have been coasting for too long on their history there. Poor work -life balance, people send emails at all hours of the night because they do not do their job within the 9-5 they get paid for.
