      Pros

      Interesting things come through the door such as samples and hi tech equipment.

      Cons

      Management are too blasé. No route for progression. Management and collageues are rude and disrespectful. Received bouts of degrading, humiliating and disrespectful behaviour The company drives employees like slaves. The pay is absolutely diabolical. Environment is full of toxic people. If you have any concerns or you need any help, nobody bothers.

      Corporate culture, at the Senior Management level, is completely opposite to the stated corporate values. Senior Management is focused solely on themselves and how successful they are individually.

      No willingness from staff to go the extra mile. Down to extremely poor management. Difficult to see direction company is heading. Very high staff turnover.
