Business Outlook
Pros
Lovely people, interesting work, good bike storage, many staff with outstanding expertise and willing to share this. Cheap-ish cafeteria at the Teddington site, although the food isn't flash (and the coffee is terrible).
Cons
Management are extremely commercially focussed. They have the information they need to make good decisions but instead tend to ignore operational staff and compliance requirements. It makes for a frustrating and unnecessarily stressful environment to work in. Very low pay compared to other opportunities available in life sciences.
