      Flawed Science

      Pros

      Unfortunately there are very few. If it were not for the diligence of the junior staff then the company would go under. Sheer incompetence at senior management who treat their staff with utter contempt. Bullying by management is a daily battle; but, speak out and they will fire you immediately.

      Cons

      The science is completely flawed. Management used deceit, corruption, and mendacity to sell services which are not fit for purpose. PARA DNA is a prime example of its failed science. ParaDNA was evaluated internally but deemed highly inadequate for our service. Irrespective, LGC continues to sell this product globally. ParaDNA is one of many services deemed unsuitable for LGC but is still sold to unwitting customers.

      nice people if you are not the managers or above. That is it can not think of anymore

      bad management, a lot of pressure, you always done the wrong things, there is a reason that a lot of people leaving. a company is only as good as the people who work there
