Cons

The environment is negative in terms of development. The management wants to impose a new vision and imposes on the developers many changes impacting the already established teams. Loss of many experience programmer following the imposition of the use of a partnership with an external company, division of teams .... Always behind on the evolution of new software and some technologies used are not interesting for a programmer or already outdated. Improvisation of the implementation of agility according to theoretical concepts of an external firm. Brings a lot of discussion instead of focusing on product development.
