Pros

If you're looking for a place where you won't be too challenged, where things won't change that much, that fast, then Logibec might be a good fit.

Cons

Technical challenges are not necessarily part of the day to day, and you will spend more time trying to deal with human issues than required

Pros

They seem to be very open to using new technologies if you're interested in learning new things. On the other hand, some of their products are based on older technologies if you want to stay with that. Good people overall.

Cons

Management by buzzword (teamwork, agile, blablabla...) They seem to have trouble getting products out the door. It's frustrating working on a project where you don't know how or when it is going to end.

Pros

warm and friendly people, simple and open. BI department is famous for its friendship between colleages and mutual help. Competitive salaries, good working conditions, good benefits.

Cons

Unclear leadership. IT directors are not very contemporary, not innovative and not for the lack of trying. It is just that new technology and new metodolgies are applied blindly without good understanding and knowledge. Most high managers are there not for their abilities but thanks to the protectorate. So mainly managment is overly cautious and do everything to stay in their chairs.
