Pros

best coworkers which is the main reason for many to stay there, plenty of work and the salary isn't bad

Cons

management is lacking vision and has poor staff management, but there's some changes lately which might help the situation

Pros

Office is in a nice location in old Montreal. Stable work environment with established solutions. Good work-life balance and relatively low stress. Good salary. In house promotions give lots of opportunities for lateral movements or career growth.

Cons

Development process is heavy and somewhat stiffles innovation in favor of a more risk free & comfortable approach. Resistant to go off the known path. A lot of long time employees bring a culture of not doing an extra efforr, clocking there time and not pushing the boundaries. Reactive development cycle is good at answering expressed market needs but not at staying one step ahead.
