Pros

There are monthly goal setting sessions with our managers that keep your eyes on the prize for both business AND personal goals. The Office Manager job provides a sense of accomplishment because you play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the company and are a "go-to" person for anyone needing help. Thursday trainings come with lunch and are a great time to build rapport with the sales team. The health benefits are great and the company provides a match of up to 4% to your 401k, after a vesting period. Additionally, employees can purchase homes and stocks at a discounted rate! The company is "systems based," which means that everything you need is spelled out clearly in the manuals provided for each role. The culture LGI has built is one where you know you're not alone on anything - "we, us, together!"

Cons

The 401k requires a lengthy vesting period before you actually "own" the full matched percentage.

Cons

Toxic, Culture, company, and values. Management micro manages all managers and treats them like children. They have no respect for ideas. The work life balance is terrible and they position this great trip at the end of the year when

Thank you for your review. We are upset to see this review, as we don't believe this represents the culture of our company. We are sorry that you didn't enjoy the systems and processes that are in place, that have allowed LGI to reach the success that we have reached thus far. We wish you the best of luck in the future!

Pros

good money but not the best in the industry as they promise it is.

Cons

The hours suck, they keep you at the office long past when needed. They micro manage and treat people as if we are children. They hire management from outside the company who know nothing about the industry.

Thanks for the review. Promotion from within is certainly preferred - we are dedicated to growing our employees internally. We do also hire from the outside when needed in management positions - and we know that it takes time for these managers to get trained up on the LGI way. We appreciate your feedback .
