      Substantial income with a true impact on families lives

      Cons

      Working weekends. If you are not used to a commission based sales position, you may not enjoy the hours. I love it though! Wouldn't have it any other way!

      No additional pay for Office Managers or over-time Sales Manager can be micro managing Not many job advancements
