Great company, but don't even bother interviewing for sales.

Pros

The owner, CEO, corporate office, etc... are good people. The company is stable, profitable, and not going anywhere. They are truly different from other home builders in a good way.

Cons

You will get 20 leads a day from direct mailers to ghetto apartment areas, and are told to set appointments even if the customer states "I have a 420 credit score, do you take section 8?"

Pros

The company offers training to each employee when you start. I believe the culture of the company is unique and something that you won't find at any other Homebuilder. The company is growing extremely fast which is positive for the employees. There are lots of growth opportunities within the company.

Cons

I can't think of any cons in the company.
