Pros

Top brass are as open and caring as any executives I could ever hope to work for. From the first day the CEO and COO knows everybody's name and works hard to get to know us on a personal level. My son turned 1 a month or so after I started and he received a signed card from the CEO and a $2 bill. We spell his name the Irish way and have relatives not spell it right but he did. The Atlanta division president and VP are always available and willing to help. Great compensation, benefits, and incentives. Gives us all the tools needed to be successful in our job. Plenty of leads. Paid Vacation. Great earning potential. Ability to move up.

Cons

Sales so it can be cut throat at times when commissions are involved depending on who you work with is how good or bad it can be. Can be long hours but you get what you put in and good time management can keep your hours in check.
