      Not the Culture for Patient Care as the Focus

      good pay a free coffee cup....

      Cons

      no management/home office support terrible training (I've worked in a few Genesis facilities) and this is worse) Complainers are the only ones that get bonuses, a better schedule etc. If you're a patient focused clinician or admin, you won't get the time of day

      Pros

      You set your own schedule, the pay is good, some nice people work here.

      Cons

      Weekend call is horrible! It outweighs the good! They have scheduled visits and make you cover at least 4 counties with only one RN to help you. If you are primary on call you will be expected to see scheduled patients and the ones they add on you through the day! This job is stressful and it makes you feel like you work non-stop! You will have to see patients with infestations of bugs and mice. There are no bonuses or employee incentives! You get a 2% raise every year.

      I had no positive experiences with this company.

      Cons

      Extremely negative and condescending leadership. No support system. Company business practices were only to benefit the corporate leadership's salaries and bonuses.
