      None really. It really sucks

      Cons

      You have to kiss butt to make it in this job. Leadership sucks .. the compensation might be decent but it’s not worth the stressful environment. It’s not like a family, it’s like slavery & oh, you are not allowed to make mistakes so dont even think about it.

      There were no pros. Most stressful place I’ve ever worked

      Cons

      Owner sat in parking lot watching you walk in on camera. If you were not 15 minutes early for your shift, they would punish you by making you sit at your desk while not getting paid for 1/2 hour. Second offense, you would get sent home without pay. Highly illegal!
