      Pros

      Make your own schedule. The patients.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. High employee turnover. Managers like to micromanage. Productivity expectations are ridiculous. Pay is lower than industry standard yet this company expects a lot ad doesn't give back to the employees. No bonuses. Not even a thanks for your service during nurses week. 4 administrators in 5 years and every single one of them wanted things done different.

      Taking care of patients and families. Co-worker relationships. Mediocre benefits. Average pay. Allowed staff to flex schedule for family issues.

      Cons

      High stress, little support from senior leadership. Unrealistic expectations for quality, operations and sales. Micromanaging from senior leaders. IT is horrible with multiple system failures. Salaries lower than industry standards. High demand work load, work under pressure with little recognition.
