      Making a difference in patient lives.

      Administration continued to admit patients when staffing would not permit follow up visits to be completed as scheduled.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working on my own in the field and getting to know patients on one to one basis.

      Cons

      There was lots of driving and patients far apart that took lots of time during the day and documentation had to be done in evening after visiting patients and driving all day.

      Cons

      Not enough attention to branch offices from corporate. Encouraged not to voice concerns to corporate due to fear of being perceived as negative. Work short staffed at all times and then force flex time when not even enough workers as it is.
