      Pros

      The employees are wonderful to work and collaborate with. Mutual respect and support are offered. Work/Life balance can be a bit rough.

      Cons

      Benefits are way too expensive, pay is below competitors, little room for advancement or at least management is not too eager to develop and promote.

      Lhc group is a progressive and growing company, where employees are valued, and patients receive the highest quality of care.

      Cons

      Lazy people and those with poor work ethic shouldn’t apply for a job here. You won’t be happy surrounded by the high performers.

      Pros

      The company offers many wonderful benefits. They have great coverage as well as it is after hours scheduling. They meet the needs of the patients as best as possible. Medicare based system which offers easier handling with those patients. You work from home as long as you have wired internet.

      Cons

      They do not take the time to listen. There are many things to remember about the company. They do NOT give second chances and do NOT listen as well.
