In my experience, my retirement benefit was not matched as it was with the smaller company I was with. My pay was cut by a significant amount when we were merged with another branch and I am still doing. No Christmas bonus. Sometimes I feel like a number, not a valued employee

No short cuts like smaller HH agencies in our small town and I-train or orientation requirements deter nurses from hiring on PRN. infor is too slow for our big company- takes 2 days sometimes to order supplies.
