      Many Payroll Mistakes, Continuously missed pay.

      Pros

      They paid their employees weekly pay, when they paid for the right amount of hours.

      Cons

      They had common mistakes within their payroll, when promised bonuses the company will not pay or wait until you call every week for about two months.

      Pros

      Great direct manager and clinical team, good flexibility with scheduling.

      Cons

      Company felt extremely top heavy, with too many administrators at the higher levels. Pay wasn’t very competitive for the cost of living.

      Pros

      Great benefits Wonderful patients Pay is decent.

      Cons

      There is a ton of micromanagement in the office I worked at. The clinical director will tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. There is always a target on someone’s back for no good reason. They will promise you that you won’t be driving insane miles but then turn around and schedule you from one end of the county to another. Office staff very minimal, unable to keep office staffed properly due to micromanagement and lies.
