      Sucked the soul right out of my body

      Pros

      Pay and benefits were good. Coworkers were nice.

      Cons

      Inconsistent and far away territories. Poor communication. Job expectations never stop changing. Overly-critical of clinician documentation and require far more extra documentation steps than any other agency. Forced in-home times of at least 40 minutes for every visit type.
